California Milk board http://www.gettheglass.com/

The "get the glass" website is designed to promote the california milk board and create awareness, the site is friendly to a wide audience young and old, which is important as anyone and everyone drinks milk.

I think this website is a very clever way of advertising because it makes a story and characters and this is a very effective way of getting an active audience who interact and consume the product.

The main feature of the website is the board game with animation and interactive opportunities, mini games and more I think this is a highly interactive experience and sets a new benchmark in web design.

www.jorgeartola.com/omm/

The site for Jorge Artola's font "oh mai mai" is aimed to promote the font and show the context it is designed for.

I think what makes the site unique is the navigation in that the whole site is one page and you simply scroll through the site as you please, this makes for simple use and viewing. The illustrations create an environment and a guideline for the purpose you would use the font I think it is a very innovative way of showing information and it engages the audience.

Ecomagination http://ge.ecomagination.com/smartgrid/#/augmented_reality

This is a site of Ecomagination a business initiative to help meet customers demands for more energy-efficient products to drive reliable growth for GE.

The site uses high quality animation to display research and information and solutions, this makes for a highly interactive experience and creates an active audience and in a way gives them power to change which is what global warming is all about "change". For example in one animated diagram the user is given the control to plug in more turbines and then of this is displayed. I think this is a very effective way of getting the public involved and interested in the prevention of global warming.

I think the best feature of the site is the Augmented reality "hologram" this involves printing off a sheet and using your webcam, you hold up the sheet that you printed off to the camera and a "smart grid" appears on your screen displaying turbines or can choose solar panels. This is another highly interactive and unique web experience.

National Television www.natl.tv

National television is a creative design studio. They have been very successful in their advertising, illustration and branding work, with projects like Zune and Toyota under their belt. I think their website is extremely intuitive and does a good job of reflecting their work and their studio.

The first thing you can see from the website is that it is a very minimal design and it is immediately visible that they are a creative company, although the title of the company doesn't give it away ("National Television" makes me think more of some sort of television channel.

Another pro of this website is the navigation it is simple, quick and original. The website has rollover buttons which reveal an image or preview of the next page. All of this is done while maintaining a very professional, clean and creative look. The colour schemes have been made to compliment the project case studies , which makes them vibrant and appealing.

In conclusion I think this website is a high quality interactive experience.
